Microsoft .NET Insurance Developers – Permanent – Ref: OCS/LOB/.NET-Ins
OCS is based in Hertfordshire and requires an additional .Net developer to work on a variety of interesting custom software development projects and support contracts for corporate clients in London and the South East. Successful applicants will be degree educated and will require demonstrable experience of:
- Object Oriented design/UML
- Technical Architecture and Design Patterns
- C# and/or VB.Net
- ASP.Net
- ADO.Net
- MS SQL Server 2008/2012
- XML with experience of Web Services / SOAP / WDSL
- Team Leading
- Strong insurance domain experience.
Desirable skills:
- SharePoint Portal Server
- SQL Server
- Windows Systems Administration
- Automated Testing Tools
Applicants must have a background in enterprise Client Server and Web application design and development. In addition, individual initiative, effective team working and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to succeed in this client facing role. Insurance Business Analyst – Permanent – Ref: OCS/LOB/BA-Ins
OCS is a leading UK IT insurance services company and requires an experienced Business Systems Analyst to undertake a range of interesting and challenging assignments for our Insurance clients. Ideally with a technical background in systems development, candidates will have extensive Analysis and Design experience within one or more of London Market, Personal Lines or Commercial Lines business.
Experience and knowledge of Insurance industry initiatives such as ACORD messaging or imarket portal will be beneficial.
